Yes, I offer a curated sample box for prospective wholesale clients. Please contact me to request your sample box.
Are your bakes suitable for freezing?
Yes, the majority of my cakes are suitable for freezing. I recommend you leave them out at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
What is the shelf life of your bakes?
It does depend on the type of cake, but all my bakes range between 3-5 days when stored in airtight containers or refrigerated. Please contact me for any specific shelf life or storage information.
Are there any additives or preservatives in your bakes?
No. None of my bakes have any nasty ingredients. I am proud to say that no colourants, additives, preservatives, or artificial flavourings are used in any of Zizi’s bakes.
How should I store the baked goods upon delivery?
Cakes and items with perishable fillings or toppings should be refrigerated. Loaves, traybakes, and cookies are best stored at room temperature in an airtight container. Specific instructions will be provided with all orders.

Orders and Payment
How do I place an order?
The best way to place your order is via email and I will get back to you promptly confirming your order.
Where can I see your current product and price list?
The full range is listed on the product page or you can get in touch to request a PDF catalogue.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Orders should be placed at least a day in advance and by 12pm the day before for next day delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders for events should be placed 2 days in advance.
What is the cut off time for next day delivery orders?
Orders need to be placed before 12pm for next day delivery.
What is your minimum order size?
The minimum order varies depending on the bake type. Please get in touch for specific minimums.
How does payment work?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions via email. Once payment has been made, you will receive confirmation and your order will be processed.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at time of order. Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully made.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled by 2pm the day before delivery will receive a full refund. Any order cancelled after 2pm the day before delivery will be subject to a partial refund due to sunk costs in ingredients and scheduling.
Delivery
Is delivery free of charge?
Free delivery will depend on location and the order. Please contact me for more details.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes, if your order is placed before 12pm the day before. Any orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next consecutive day.
