As the founder of Zizi Bakes, my purpose is to create honest, wholesome cakes that connect people through the simple joy of good food.
My baking journey began with a personal mission, inspired by my mother, to bake treats that I could feel good about eating and sharing, using only the best ingredients without any of the unnecessary additives or artificial flavours found in so many commercial products.
A commitment to purity and quality is at the heart of Zizi Bakes. Every single cake is handmade by me, not on a production line, which allows for a personal touch and attention to detail you can taste. I believe a great cake is a sum of its parts, which is why I use premium, wholesome ingredients like grass-fed butter, organic eggs, and the finest Fairtrade chocolate.
My philosophy is simple, a cake should only contain what it needs to – nothing more. There are no artificial flavours, preservatives, or additives here. The result is a perfectly balanced sweetness that tastes natural and never overpowering, offering a healthier, more palatable alternative.
